An orientation week for new students of Fall 2019 was started on October 7, 2019 and it will be continued till October 11, 2019. The deans and faculty members are welcoming the new students to the University and apprising them of the academic policies and culture of the University. Students are being guided through the registration processes and other academic requirements to make their transition into university life smooth. Many fun-filled games and activities, like chess, darts, etc., are also part of the orientation to help the students realize that UMT offers an active and enriching campus life.
