Convocation Registration Fee

Registering for Convocation:

All graduating participants must register in order to participate in convocation. The following steps are mandatory to register and participate in convocation:

1. A non-refundable, Convocation Registration fee of PK Rs. 2000/= to be paid by November 18th, 2014
2. On payment of Convocation Registration fee, a participant shall be eligible to receive Invitation & Identity Card for Rehearsal and Convocation day from UMT Office of Registrar.

 Please note that this fee is separate from Robe Rent which is refundable.

Please note that on rehearsal & convocation day, no one will be allowed to enter University premises and inside the ceremony without Invitation & Identity Card due to Security concerns. Degree will also be issued only to participants with valid Invitation & Identity cards.
