Extension of the Provincial Lockdown till April 14, 2020

This is for the information of UMT faculty and staff members that university is already closed as per the directives of the Government of Pakistan received through Higher Education Department.
Now, as per the latest addition in the already issued notification disseminated by the Government of the Punjab, the Lockdown from March 24, 2020 to April 07, 2020, has been extended till April 14, 2020. Therefore, UMT faculty and staff members are not required to be present at the campus, as per the revised government instructions. All employees are requested to continue working from their home as per their job descriptions
We request our valuable employees to stay at home and try to protect themselves and their family from the deadly COVID-19 disease. We must stand together to face this challenge as one nation. We request you to please adhere to the guidelines and instructions issued by the Government.
