Academic Review Process for Professional Development of Academic Programmes

Accreditation and Academic Quality Improvement Cell (AAQIC) at University of Management and Technology (UMT), conducted a “Self-Review Process of MS/MPhil. And Ph.D. Programmes” on 19^th Feb, 2020. Internal manual review process was conducted to ensure the highest standards of quality in academic programmes. To achieve professional excellence, the programme manuals were evaluated according to the HEC criteria and guidelines. The assessment process was carried out by Dr. Samina Mazhar, Director QEC from Lahore College for Women University. The sustainable quality assurance programme review facilitated AAQIC efforts to improve the quality of higher education at UMT. Review process was concluded efficiently by Dr. Mazhar, where she provided active support and reiterated that continuous process of quality improvement can be sustained through transparent assessment, monitoring, and productive feedback. Rector UMT,, Dr. Muhammad Aslam presented Dr. Samina Mazhar with a souvenir for assisting in Academic Programme Review.
