External Institutional Performance Evaluation (IPE) 2019-2020

The Accreditations and Academic Quality Improvement Cell (AAQIC) organized a two-day (26th and 28th October, 2020) Institutional Performance Evaluation Review by external Panel according to the defined HEC guidelines. The purpose of the review was to get UMT assessed against eleven standards of institutional quality as defined in IPE Manual of HEC.
The review panel members were Dr. Samina Mazhar (Director QEC- LCWU) and Ms. Sehrish Nadeem (Quality Assurance Manager- LCWU). The participant’s team was led by Mr. Asif Saeed Haider (Director AAQIC) comprising members including AAQIC Team members, Dr. Farah Naz (Assistant Professor), Dr Sammia Shahid (Dean Research), Ms. Sadia Asif (Director CTL), Mr. Ahmad Abdullah (Director Planning and Development), Mr. Imran Zahid (GM Planning & Development), Muhammad Shan Malik (Assistant Manager Planning), Mr. Iftikhar Ahmad (Treasurer), Ms. Faiza Jabeen (Assistant Manager Accounts), Muhammad Yousaf Jamil (Controller of Examination), Ms. Sundas Naureen (Senior Examination Officer), Mr. Naeem Liaquat (Deputy Registrar (Statutes)), and Mr. Fahim Riaz Chaudhry (Manager Talent Acquisition (Faculty)).
Following the prescribed schedule, the panel members visited UMT Library, and met with Deans/CoDs/faculty and staff members to thoroughly examine the procedure and policies established at UMT to supervise Access, Quality and Relevance in education.
