5th Business Leaders with Future Leaders

The transformative landscape of business has led to the emergence of new challenges related to skills. The future leaders are now expected to possess relevant skills and mindsets to be more successful.  Accreditations and Academic Quality Improvement Cell (AAQIC) has organized an exclusive seminar for the students of Dr Hasan Murad School of Management (HSM), School of Governance and Society (SGS), and School of Professional Advancement (SPA). The webinar was anchored by Ms. Alia Zafar on Wednesday, June 2, 2021. Ms. Alia represented two major organizations, The Bank of Punjab (BOP) as Group Head of People and Organizational Excellence, and Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB). She is the First Female Member of the Board of Governors at PCB. The webinar was focused on the career orientation of students. The speaker provided guidance to students in making informed and meaningful career choices and for adopting necessary skills, information, and experience that will help them in coping with an ever-changing environment and economy. Furthermore, Ms. Alia addressed the student’s queries with deliberation. The webinar served as a great opportunity to develop an academic relationship for the benefit of the students of UMT fraternity.
