I have always said why shouldn’t you be Great? Even better? Why are you not great? How can you be great? Why? I believe that one of the main reasons is that there is a lack of constant improvement and development, may it be personal or professional. It is my belief that one cannot achieve greatness unless one strives for constant improvement. It is for this same reason we at UMT have established the Office of University Development. We at UMT believe in constant growth and development and by establishing this office we are looking to improve in every and all areas.
This office will be catering to the overall development of UMT, from setting up physical structures to obtaining scholarships, to providing grants for PhD students etc. This office will be interacting with people from different walks of life and with organizations of various natures to achieve their goals. Let us all work together to achieve our mission of constant improvement for the development of UMT.
