Office of Participant Affairs (OPA) is one of the primary departments of the University of Management and Technology. Our department explicitly deals with the student affairs associated with clubs and societies and organizes co-curricular events that include internal and external student body proceedings. Our creed is to build a dynamic and pragmatic setup that caters to every participant's needs. UMT encourages student participation in a variety of physical, intellectual, athletic, and recreational activities. We aim to provide students with opportunities to engage in the ventures of their preference at various skill levels. The purpose of OPA is to implement practical, real-life conditions that directly contribute to the development of student leadership amid increased collaboration between the individual clubs. These activities also enable students to compete at national/international events, act as ambassadors of the institution, and strengthen the image and reputation of UMT as an institution that encourages diverse extracurricular activities. There are 50 plus clubs and societies under the roof of Office of Participant Affairs that empowers students to explore their areas of interest and attain their full potential. Office of Participant Affairs (OPA) offers endless sporting opportunities with a wide range of sports and activities that groom individual’s personalities, polish their skills, provide unlimited exposure to standing out more distinguished in the outside world.
