Core Functions
Conducting Final Examinations.
Compiling and Notifying Semester Results and Merit Awards
Processing Grade Change Request (GRC)
Preparing and Issuing FTs, Degrees, and Progress Reports
Verifying FTs and Degrees of graduates
Coordination with Accreditation Agencies
Compiling and Submitting Examination Reports to Academic Council with Analysis and Charts
Secondary Functions
To keep a record of student’s results and ensure departmental secrecy
To provide creditable customer service to students and faculty
To comply with HEC/PEC policies and send a copy of the result gazette to PEC
