UMT 20th Convocation Gown Distribution Schedule
You may collect your Gown and Convocation Card as per the following details: Invitation Card will be handed over on Rehearsal Day.
Date: Oct 18, 2021
Time: 09:30 am till 08:00 pm.
Lunch Break: 1:00pm till 2:00pm.
Venue: SHS Building, Room # 301 (Level 1), Lahore Campus
You are advised to kindly bring your CNIC & Payment receipt.
Code of Conduct
Please also note the following:
1. The participation in Convocation rehearsal is mandatory for all graduating participants.
2. Parents / siblings / friends are not allowed
3. Wearing a mask in university premises is mandatory.
4. All graduating participants are expected to attend the Convocation in formal/national dressing.
5. Please bring your original CNIC
6. Each invitation card is valid for the entry of the one graduating participant only.
7. In preview of the security situation of the country, please extend full cooperation with the security personnel on duty
8. Bags/electronic gadgets /personal belongings are not allowed
