Job Title: Manager Training and Development

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and assessing future and current training needs
  • Drawing an overall or individualized training and development plan
  • Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers
  • Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations
  • Develop, implement, and monitor training programs within an organization.
  • Evaluate requirements of organization and plan training programs accordingly.
  • Plans, organizes, and facilitates logistics for employee development and training events.
  • Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.
  • Having an understanding of e-learning techniques, and where relevant, being involved in the creation and/or delivery of e-learning packages;

Job Specification:

  • Proven work experience as a training manager
  • Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc.)

Qualification: 

  • BBA, MBA HR / MHRM or Equivalent

Experience:

  • Minimum 8 Years of experience in Training and Development

Skills:   

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Strong report writing and record keeping ability
  • Good computer and database skills
