Job Title:  Deputy Registrar

Key Job Responsibilities: 

  • To monitor and refine the course registration process by defining and scheduling the sequence of activities.
  • Clearance of Final transcripts before issuance
  • Review and process applications in the software regarding course registration, semester leave, ID blocking including transfer of credits.
  • To liaise with and advise the relevant officers within the school to ensure matter relating to student registration resolved and communicated effectively in accordance with compliance of the university policies
  • To assist and participate in offering and insertion of courses by all schools representatives
  • Participate and contribute on such projects as implementation of new student’s information in the system.
  • Ensure the implementation of policies regarding allocation and issuance of Participant I.D
  • Supervise the university graduation ceremonies by assisting the graduate’s procession with representatives of the respective school.
  • Prepare and present the key performance indicators to review on the matters relating to participant registrations
  • Increase liaising with Participants
    • Communicated via official letters for semester leave
    • Enhance communication via different mediums on participant notifications time to time issued by the university
    • Ensures timely registration of courses by participants

Job Specification:

  • Proactive approach towards the accomplishment of tasks
  • Handling registration  software(s) 

Qualification:

  • Minimum 16 years of Education

Experience:

  • Minimum 8  Years of experience
