Job Title:  Deputy Registrar

Key Job Responsibilities: 

The Deputy Registrar for Financial Aid and Scholarships will be responsible to perform following tasks:-

  • Respond to queries and advise students on scholarships and financial aid matters
  • Supervise ongoing scholarship and loan program, scrutinizing applications and selecting recipients
  • Implement and maintain compliance with University regulations on student financial aid & scholarships program
  • Review and propose policy advice on financial & scholarships program
  • Coordinate financial aid operations with other schools and departments of the University
  • Develop a system of record, reference, follow-up, monitoring and evaluation of the financial aid & scholarships program, and communicate frequently with beneficiaries
  • Act as Secretary of Financial Assistance & Loan Committee
  • Other duties assigned by the University Registrar

Job Specification:

Qualification:

  • Minimum 16 years of education in any discipline

Experience:

  • Minimum 8 Years of experience

Skills:   

  • Written & communication skills
  •  Interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in computer and office software applications
  • Analytical Skills
