Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)

Job Title:EPR Specialist

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes Customization needs by translating the clients requirements in Application, designs solution and Collaborates with the project management team into the technical requirements for the developers
  • Analyze and document end-users requirements, handle change requests and perform troubleshooting, conduct acceptance testing and end user training.
  • Analyse business processes and provide solutions using Microsoft Dynamics ERPsystems
  • Gather customer requirements and conduct gap analysis
  • Implement Microsoft Dynamics GP/NAV/AX and related ISV add-on software according to the university’s  standard methodology
  • Perform system configuration, installation, data migration and testing
  • Customize and configure ERP to integrate with multiple systems
  • Provide user training and support
  • Designing reports in available tools for ERP application - Personalization of the application in compliance with recommended practices for ERP application

Job Specification:

  • Is knowledgeable in business processes as well as software design/programming; database structure
  • Any ERP package implementation experience (especially Microsoft Dynamics GP/NAV/AX) and understanding of business processes
  • Must have knowledge of SDLC and other secondary phases of software development life cycle
  • Focused on Providing Best Tactical Solutions

Qualification: 

  • Minimum 16 years of education in computer science, IT or equivalent

Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience  in ERP
