Participant desirous of inter-school program change shall apply on the prescribed Inter-School Program Change Form to the concerned Dean with prior permission of their parents/guardians.
Concerned Dean shall ensure that such participant fulfill the admission criteria of the particular program they wish to join. The Dean shall also ensure that the participant has obtained necessary clearance on the prescribed Clearance Form.

After approval of concerned Dean for inter-school program change, new ID shall be issued by Office of the Registrar.

The Dean of the school accepting the transfer of the program will determine the transfer of courses as per Road Map. The grades of these courses shall be transferred to the new program provided the grades are ‘C’ and above for Bachelors programs and ‘B’ and above in case of Masters programs. Transfer of Cr. Hrs. shall be counted towards the completion of degree requirements.

Admission fee paid by the participant for the previous program is fully adjusted against the Admission Fee of the new program.
