  The Office of Participants Affairs (OPA) is one of the most well known departments of the University of Management and Technology (UMT). Its primary responsibility is towards career placement and personality development of UMT participants. For this purpose, OPA organizes and manages various clubs and societies, and also supports students in co-curricular and extra-curricular activities. The events, functions, ceremonies, and activities sponsored by OPA broaden the participants' perspectives and help them develop their skills in terms of organizational, team building, time-management, negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills.
