Rector and Deans Merit Award Ceremony Fall 2015

The Office of Controller of Examinations at UMT organized the 'Rector’s and Dean’s Merit Award Ceremony' for Fall 2015 session on May 14, 2016 at UMT Conference Hall. Rector UMT Dr Hasan Sohaib Murad was the chief guest on the occasion. Dr Hasan Sohaib Murad distributed the awards among 225 students including 46 students for Rector’s Merit Award and 179 for Dean’s Merit Award in the ceremony.
Addressing on this occasion, Dr Hasan Sohaib Murad Rector said that the award winners are the champions of UMT; they are our pride and symbolize the culture of excellence, hard work and commitment to outstanding performance. He also appreciated the role of faculty members for thier world class teaching and individual attention to the students.
Deans and Directors of the respective schools and institutes were seated at the stage and distributed the awards along with the Chief Guest. The Chairperson of the departments, faculty and staff members attended this ceremony and congratulated the awardees and appreciated the arrangements made by the Office of Controller of Examinations for this ceremony. At the end of the ceremony, photograph sessions were held and refreshments were served to all the guests and students.
