One Day Teachers Training on Teaching Excellence

One day cluster based Teacher’s Training was organized at Lamis Hotel, Rahim Yar Khan on September 24, 2016. It was the third event in connection with the training series for professional development of TKS- Teachers by Centre for Teaching Excellence in this year.
More than 100 teachers participated in this one day training to learn the latest concepts, tips and techniques’ necessary to educate the students. The idea of cluster based training has been widely appreciated by the stakeholders and the numbers of participants are increasing to set a benchmark. These training sessions are helping the teachers to think alike in teaching parameters’ and ensure a high standard of quality academic education and children’s grooming.
Two training sessions were held by Ms Nusrat Hamdani and Ms Zareen Khalid on Training on Innovation Methods for Pre-School Teaching and Teacher Competence Development and Teachers as Change Agent, Activity based English Language Teaching, Classroom Management; Leading Change from Classroom.
The formal training session was concluded in the evening to space CEO-TKS Mr Zahid Warriach to share his views and vision with the participants. This event has been covered by the local media and by the national news channel The Express News. This was a packed house to listen with absolute attention. The participants were awarded certificate by the CEO-TKS to conclude this ceremony in grace and dignified manners. This cluster based training has given the participants new ideas to look beyond the traditional methods of teaching and learning.
