Manan Aslam Represents UMT in the 9th ASAE International Conference, Bangkok

Manan Aslam, Lecturer UMT-HSM, presented his research paper (oral + poster) in the 9th ASAE International Conference in Faculty of Economics, Kasetsart University, Bangkok, Thailand on January 12, 2017. He received a lot of appreciation there from various countries on representing Pakistan as well as UMT as he was the ONLY Pakistani presenter which was a great honor for him.
Manan presented University of Management and Technology (UMT) idiosyncratically as a matter of pride during his presentation as well as his general and private discussions with the international community. He also chaired few sessions in the conference dated on January 11, 2017. This visit was mainly sponsored by the Australian Centre for International Agricultural Research (ACIAR) who provided the financial as well as technical support to him.
The ASAE International Conference was held from January 11-13, 2017 under the theme ‘Transformation in agricultural and food economy in Asia.’ The aim of the conference was to promote scientific and technical interactions among agricultural economists, development practitioners, policymakers, academicians, researchers, and students from all over the world.
