Instructions for 12th UMT Convocation Graduates

All graduates who have successfully registered for 12^th UMT Convocation are advised to follow the instrcutions given below:

1. Full dress rehearsal of the Convocation will be held on Friday, April 15, 2016. All graduates are advised to report at Reception Desks in UMT Greens by 4:30 pm on Friday, April 15, 2016.
2. All graduates who have registered for 12^th UMT Convocation can collect their Convocation ID from Participants Help Desk on 1^stFloor, Admin Building, UMT Campus, starting from 9:00 am on Friday, April 15, 2016.
3. Graduation robes will be available at Office of Participants Affairs (2^nd Floor, Admin Building) from 4:00 pm on Friday, April 15, 2016. The graduation robes are available for Rs1,000/= payable at OTR Cash Counter on 1^st Floor, Admin Building. The robes will only be issued on submission of payment receipt at OPA. The payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.
4. Participation in full dress rehearsal is mandatory, and only those graduates who have registered for the Convocation with a valid Convocation ID will be allowed to participate in the rehearsal as well as the Convocation.
5. Only 2 guests are allowed per invitation card on the day of the Convocation. No guest is allowed on rehearsal day. If a graduate wishes to bring an extra guest, he or she may invite extra guest at the payment of Rs. 1500/= per guest at OTR Cash Counter before the start of full dress rehearsal.
